I think that, by far, the biggest issue with nobz is their leadership problems. Due to their low mob size, half of the mob rule table is just useless to them. The only real workaround is to include a warboss, which is 100% mandatory, but even then mob rule doesn't help half the time.
I've said it before, but if mob rule counted wounds, rather than models, I think it'd work fine with nobz. And also if it helped fear tests too. Stubborn would help, a bit, but make nobz even MORE dependent on their character, which isn't great.
Other than that, honestly, I think they're priced ok. Yes, a nob with a power klaw is more expensive than a similarly equipped space marine, but you're getting an extra wound out of it. That's pretty big.
I'd definitely like to see more melee options. 3 weapons options for our melee specialists is a bit lackluster. I also think cybork bodies for them that stack with FNP would be great too, or just invluns back.
But I've had many, MANY depressing experiences of nobz since the new codex came out, and generally the reason is caused by mob rule being almost useless for them. Fix mob rule, and you'll fix nobz almost instantly (along with half the codex).
