These changes excite me greatly! I can't wait to tweak my list! Thanks for all the work you put in to keep the ITC fresh and current!

I've got a question. I read #9 as the standard 1pt per 3 wounds/HP but you said this in your response;

"A number of folks have expressed the sentiment that the +1 Maelstrom point we grant in the ITC for each HP/Wound you deal to a Super Heavy or GC LoW "

So which one is it? Just making sure there wasn't some confusion on #9.

In the ITC format, all bonus points such as LoW, bonus points from Warlord traits (i.e. slay in a character in a challenge) or from character special rules (i.e. Cypher) apply towards the Maelstrom Secondary.

The only exceptions are Big Gun Heavy Supports and Scouring Fast Attack, which apply to the Primary.

--------edit----------

Oh sorry, misunderstood your comment. It is +1 MP per 3 HP/wounds.

Any way someone could contact me about the 30k topic? I am very curious to discuss this as to the whys, why nots, and everything else. I have practical experience, and battle reports etc, to work on.

Reece and JY2...let me know if you have the time.

I really, really like the clarity of this new poll. It allowed me to make an informative choice for what I thought in my mind was best for the game. (I voted for a change, but the lesser of the 2).

Reeces, as lvo is becoming a major national event (its starting to become a staple for us east coast guys, even replacing adepticon for some of us). Would you be willing to revisit cta allies in the next poll. Its very common on this side of the country and myself and quite a few others think its good for the game. I also know quite a few west coasters will be at nova from talking to people (which is allowing cta allies), so maybe attitudes have/ will be changed on the subject.

Either way I'm really looking forward to getting some itc practice in the coming months.

I too would like to see this topic be revisited with the new question format!

Glad you guys like the new poll! We're slowly but surely getting better at it, it's actually a lot trickier to do than you'd think. Communication is difficult.

We're open to anything with the ITC, honestly. It really comes down to what people want it to be. I personally dislike CtA, but that is largely irrelevant. If enough folks want it in the game, that's what we'll do.

One of my current projects is to try and find a system to determine a way to measure and rank how important a topic is to people in order to shape the questions for each quarterly poll.

Have you considered having a constantly running poll with submissions? I am a researcher and if you would like I could help you with creating one. It would also be available in a dedicated survey platform(normally very pricy).

Pm me if interested

Thank you for the kind words, guys! We really appreciate it.

@Leth

I am looking to set up a means for people to submit concerns, rules questions, etc. to gauge what folks wont and don't want in their tournament. If you know of a way to do that, I would love to talk to you about it as you probably know quite a bit more about it than us.
