Yes! Most of the stuff would have hints of stuff from other Chapters!

TCL, what weapons would the Minotaurs have in it?

A dual handed blinged out power axe? I can't really think of iconic weaponry for them.

Certainly works for me. I think a Power Lance or ornate Storm Shield would be good options as well.

That should be the standard, not the small kit

They ought to replace the Templar upgrade kit with a new box- Crusader Squad with 10 PA marines and 5-6 BT specific scout torsos to combine with scouts to make neophies (like the Wolf Pack box) And when they release it, do an errata to the Crusader squad that it can be taken in place of a tactical squad in Formations (like how the Contemptor and Cataphractii terminators were added in)

imo the current "upgrade kit" is a mockery. Look at the Black Templar upgrade kit or the Dark Angels Veteran sprue for a really good "upgrade" kit.

Anyways, that said, here's my submissions:

Iron Hands:

10 Shoulder Pads with the Iron Hands heraldry.
2 sets of bionic legs
1 power axe in the style of the AdMech axes
1 bionic face
3 bionic arms
2 "Medusa" pattern Melta Guns

This set is largely based on the original Iron Hands upgrade pack, trying to give a cyborg feel to as many marines as possible. The bionic arms would each differ and would correspond to Sergeant, special weapons and heavy weapons (Sergeant would be more ornate, while special weapons would have racks for ammo and heavy weapons would have a hydraulic cylinder for power).

All of the upgrade kits follow a general scheme, which looks like the following:
1. 10 Chapter Shoulder Pauldrons
2. 2-4 Heads (1 bare, 1-3 helmeted)
3. 1-2 Chest pieces or back pieces
4. 3-4 accessories

10 Mantis Warrior shoulder pads
2 Deathwatch shoulder pads.
1 bare head with long hair held back by a braided headband with beads 'n stuff.
2 chest pieces with feather tokens, beaded fetishes and holy symbols
2 kama that could be used as power weapons. One left-handed, one right-handed.
2 alternate tips for Force Staffs
4 equipment pouches.

It's a couple more than 18 items, but most of the items are smaller than normal. XD

MK4 Heads
MK4 Legs
Teads of the Scorpion weapon set (4 in total, sword,axe,maul,glaive)
Red Scorpions shoulder pads

I made a post on the Warhammer 40,000 Facebook page about making upgrades for the other First Founding Chapters, and they said they would pass it along since last year's kits were quite popular. So yay for that!

I guess I hadn't even thought of including a bike front for the White Scars upgrade kit. Obviously a full bike isn't going to happen, but that would be a good way to make a bike look more like a White Scars bike.

A squad of Sisters of Battle to watch for Heresy

In a magical world where it's not just the power armor privileged who got upgrade sprues, the Evil Sunz upgrade sprue would have

-a wristmount power klaw for a biker boss/wazdakka conversion, along with a big pair of legs for biker nob/boss

-a couple classic speed freek grin heads

-some large evil sunz emblems for mounting on bikes/vehicles

I would go with the following per upgrade pack

10 shoulder pieces

3 to 4 chest pieces

2 helmets

2~3 chapter specific weapons

For my Silver Skulls I would want at least the following:
10 plastic Skull pads.
3-4 unique heads. I helmetless with ingrained facial tattoos, others would be stylized skull masks.
A few power axes
Skull trophies of different races
