I could see them bring boring, just like Borg really, but for someone who is really into them I still think they are possible. Since they came out I thought they would have been better with state similar to the Vor'Cha, something like 5 A, 2 E, 5 H, 4 S. So 32 for a named and 30 for a generic would have been easier to work with.
