So, apparently the clay I've been using is not too good on something of this scale, So I'm going to go out and get some oven bake clay and make each leg, arm, and tusk individually. I also found a nice tutorial for nurgly skin that I may use, so he doesnt look so boring. Here's the tutorial http://fantasygames.com.pl/blog/nurgle-daemonic-skin/

Sorry for the extreme lack of updates and pictures, but I got sidetracked with my skitarii. PACING CACTY COME ON. Just wanted to share an idea I may steal for Yyg's plasma gun. Found this gem of a knight on youtube:
I may not do the whole tooth thing, though. I'm thinking more of a sphincter. Think tyranid gun tips and you have a rough idea.

Dude... Crazyness !
Completely agreeing with what Buttery Commisar suggested in order to keep in scaled nicely with you army. Sculpting enough skulls might be painfull; there are already some decent packs out there. Pretty sure you need a lot of nurglings too. But as said above, the most important is texture, maybe the superglue on PVA trick could be of use ?
Now some unregulated brainstorming : If you strugle with the legs, you might consider them to be residuals as he has been too heavy to walk on them for centuries. Use them to hold weapons or stuff and put the bastard on a mechanical chariot if you can a proper scaled tank... From that you could go further on in the demon/mechanical, and put some industrial pathways around the guy, were you can put cultists and servants...
I'm thinking about extremely skinny legs, to give the effect that he kinda just slugs around. But a land raider chariot... That would be pretty fething cool.
