I wouldn't say she assists, but yep, that's Mina.

Not my chin (I'm only 27), she took part in Movember.

Awwwww Love her eyes, man.

Here's my assistant. Without Spirit, I wouldn't have any cat hairs to pick out with razor tweezers out of models. All part of the hobby!

Awh! Beautiful!

I bottle reared Mina from a little orphan in our yard. She is one of the strangest, smartest cats I know. And that's saying a lot if you know cats...
She has designated play areas and will take her "special" toys to them (keyrings). She scoops drink out of cups using her paws and sips it up. She "talks" in sentences of gibberish sounds because she understands that people use more than one word, but not how that works.
Sometimes I get the distinct impression she's asking me something when she runs up and starts chirping at me, but short of going through "Food? Fusses? Talking? Show me thing?" I'm often clueless.

She outsmarts most guests.

Anyway, TIME!

Great competition, I'm sorry that I didn't get my votes in before the cutoff but I added them anyway.

I favored dioramas that met the theme and voted for BC, Winterhound, GiraffeX, Nevelon, and Inspector #264. in retrospect, I liked entries that had both the antagonist(s) and protagonist included. Narrative text was a plus when it was well written and matched the action in the diorama. I felt this most strongly with Mathew's wonderful diorama where the text didn't match the scene. Had the brave captain already fallen? Was he off scene?

I loved the great breadth and depth of this competition. Keep 'em coming!

The secret to painting a really big army is to keep at it. You can't reach your destination if you never take any steps.

I build IG...lots and lots of IG.

Congratz BC a great entry, loved the idea and a well deserving winner. And to Winter for 2nd (still waiting to see some more close ups )

When I first started these challenges a few months ago now I never thought I'd place in a competition, the standard of painting is so high and very impressive. I am and will continue to do this for fun and as a distraction from everything else that's going on in life when i have the time (which is often very limited).

Thanks to everyone that voted for me you have made me very happy and very humbled. . Hopefully I can continue to create random things that people like or give them there own ideas to do/try things.

This might be a strange request but in the interest of the nature of the competition and since it was so close in votes is there any chance I could share 3rd place with Tayls and Keezus if no one objects?

There is a good spread of votes this months which is nice to see since there where a lot of good entries.

That's very generous of you, but I'm afraid I'm going to say no if that's all right; the voting/competitive elements of this challenge are all just a bit of fun, but at the same time the reason we have the voting system is to pick out those the community has picked out as their favourites, so if you've got more votes than someone else then that's what the voters have decided and it's not my place to override that and share out the points.
