With all those jinking bikes out there (at least in my local meta) I have found that I'm actually getting use from the Heldrake's AP 3 , ignore cover, torrent flamer in competetive games again...

I think that you have definitely veered away from what you originally had in your list. Not that that's a bad thing, but I think it was more of the flavor you were looking for, so unless you have playtested and really enjoyed this list:

-I would drop the spawn and re-add the nurgle bikes. Spawn are good and all but bikes with melta are better.

-Perhaps replace the loadout on one of the havoc sake for the sake of being able to deal with more variety.

-The deamon prince definitely doesn't need the poisoned although re-rolling to wound is nice.

-just my two cents, but I don't think the deamons of tzeencth really fit into the army. If you want some magic, take it in the form of a sorcerer.

My advice, start focusing on what each unit should do, then balance what you lack. For instance:

Two lords limits your psychic phase, which is a huge benefit for CSM/CD. The lord with the spawn is a great core, so start there. Nurgle lord and 5 spawn is great, but you want a lot of goodies, so try 4 MoN Spawn. Take Crimson Slaughter for the IWND armor and Horns.

The decide on a Sorc or a DP. I'd throw a Lv. 3 Sorc on a bike with the lord and spawn and roll for invis, OR take with jump pack and daemon armor to go with a warp talon squad (see later, this gets less bad). Alternately, take a Lv.3 nurlge prince for shrouding. Avoid the lash prince. Too fragile and you have tons of dakka with that many autoCannons. DP will also help take out flyers, but you'll lose out on 100-200 pts of other goodies.

Belakor is a solid bet to go here also. No downsides, invis garaunteed, all around can't go wrong in tourney.

Then take your bike suad. It's good, and either T6 nurgle or T5, I5 with FnP work great. Meltas are good, all around solid unit. If you aren't having problems popping armor, this is what you swap for a huge pack of dogs.

Min troops, your definitely building a goodies list.

2 squads of 4 auto cannons is decent but low strength. One of these and 2 nurgle oblits would be more flexible, and if you can squeeze in an ADL, it helps both and adds anti air.

For Daemons, LoC with a staff, ML3, and the grimoire can do so many things. The grimoire can make your Sorc and those warptalons 2++ on cursed earth or 3++ otherwise. You can prescience your autoCannons to sweep the air clear, and you are almost a BT in combat.

Take some ML2 heralds and stick em in your CSM heavy support. Div rolls. End of story.

All said and done:
Lord- MoN, claw and fist, Sigil, bike, (armor and Horns optional)
Sorc- Lv.3, balestar of mannon, bike (or DP/Belakor)
4 Spawn- MoN
Cultist x10
Cultist x10
Havocs-4 AutoCannons
Oblit-MoN
Oblit-MoN
4-5 bikes- 2 melta, MoN or MoS+icon

CD
LoC-Staff, Grimoire, Lv3
Pink horrors
Pink horrors

I would then add more heralds, for phychic boosting, Heldrake for flyer, or Mailers, Soul Grinders, or Forgefiends for armor.

You need more target saturation, as the DP and spawnstar will draw most of the heavy power, so consider a 330pt helbrute formation, a bloodthirster, or a blood Slaughter pack if you can go forgeworld. Give em something big and shity to shoot at. Even a Chaos knight or GUO dropped middle board will work.

Alternatively, to actually win a tactical game, add plague marines in rhinos or more horrors for a summoning factory. You need troops.

Just a few fun options with the above list set up:
Give Lord the CS deamon armor. Put on Jugger with choppy weapon of choice. Give big ass pack of Hounds. Add Herald with Loci and Greater Etherblade. Give everyone Mark of Khorne

Belakor makes invisible
LoC/Herald cast grimoire.

That's 2 wounds, hit on 6's, 3++, beast with rage and furious charge. It's fast and hits hammer hard. If choppy weapon can take out armor, it threatens everything.

Lose the bikes And the Spawn, pick up the tears of the fallen.
