At the
FLGS we used to have here there were a couple people who played less than ethically.
One(
IG) horrendously tailored and also found certain point levels where he could get in a bunch of cheap powerful units and the opponent really wouldn't have a response a that point level, like 500 point games with several lemun russ.
The other would list tailor against new players and frequently go several hundred points over the points agreed upon.
The
IG player challenged me to a game in front of pretty much everyone(and they knew I hated the guy) I responded with a flat(but not rude) no, they all started laughing at him for getting shot down completely, no excuse just no I wont play you.

When I told him ok just show me the rules his response was pretty much "I don't have time to teach noobs how to play. Learn the rules or don't come to tourneys"
And to my knowlege neither the
TO or this guy have been spotted around the local gaming scene in quite a while.
TFG has also been barred from more then one
Lgs in the area. - aparently he dosent "play well with others"
I pretty much assume that if someone is claiming something that sounds that powerful and then being very evasive about showing the rules they are almost 100% certain to be cheating. I would call over a
TO, explain the situation and mark him as 0 sportsmanship.
