Am not trying to fight with people. let stick with grav cents as are example the all ready get 're tools so how is get another 're roll good so I gett to 're rool all my dice 3 times with the 're rolls still don't see how the means more hits

You need to read through the rulebook it seems. You don't re-roll the successful hits. You re-roll the FAILED to hit rolls. Say you have a squad of Centurions with Grav-cannons. Let's also say you have a Librarian in the squad who has cast prescience on the squad. The squad fires 15 shots, and let's say they get 10 hits. With prescience the squad gets to re-roll the 5 failed to hit rolls, possibly resulting in more hits.

Seems as though people are giving you good advice but you're unwilling to take it on board either through lack of understanding or just being stubborn.

I guess I miss understand the rerool rule because the way I understand it is you 're rool all the dice it call a 're rool right.

I think I really miss understand a lot in 40k . thou with help of this group I starting to understand how grav gun are good.

I always thought Librarians where just very week close combat dudes that all I ever seen them for. Till now I didn't know the should be used to support and buff a unit .

At this point I would heavily suggest you just thoroughly read through all the rules and codex first before coming to a decision over what to do with your army. If you don't understand the basic stuff there's no point in getting ahead of yourself and try to format an army for yourself without knowing the underlying game concepts. Look online and research some of the unit analyses that other people have done over the 7th ed space marine codex to give you a better idea of their roles and abilities.

Could you point me to where I could find this info on units and how they work in the new codex

I wondered when Zilka's replacement would arrive. I put out an order four months ago!

More seriously, Space Marines are a codex where everything is at least semi-viable. As usual, just play what you want.
