Considering move through cover only ignores the -2" penalty for charging through terrain. So he is saying that since termagaunts, flesh hounds, and genestealers for example have move through cover they have grenades as well? That guy was way wrong.

Another battle update.
Went against a more experienced player who had a chaos army:
Chaos knight
3 hellbrutes
Herald of Tzeentch
I got my prince in the air and gave my knight grimoire (didn't have invisibility but I did have hell fire gaze). My knight did 1 hull point of damage on his but I couldn't get within charging. His turn: he assaulted me in combat but we just locked. My turn: my prince used hellfire on his herald - insta-killed 3vp. I killed him in the knight combat but the explosion killed me.
His hellbrutes didn't even have a chance to deepstrike.
So I tabled him, will have to watch out for those apocalyptic explosions.

A win is a win! Congrats!
I am excited to hear from you if you ever get to fight a Eldar player with Wraith Knight and psychic bikers and scat bikers.

Another battle update.
Went against an ork army today:
Big mek buzzgob in a stompa
Battlewagon
2x ork boys
I shot his wagon with my melta and missed, however I did get grimoire
He shot with an assault 4 2d6 hits weapon (don't know its name) and reduced my prince by 1 wound.
I shot his wagon again reducing it by another hp. I then charged his stompa and did 14 points worth of damage, he exploded but rolled a 1 on the D table (lucky me).
His wagon tried to tank shock me and failed. You can imagine what happened to his wagon.
I won 6-0 so this list is looking good.
Also I just want to ask, can a knight walk over an enemy infantry unit? My friend was asking what might happen if a blob squad surrounded me so that I was locked in combat with them.

its called stomp in combat phase. You do get locked in and that is how you deal with a knight. also when you pile in, the opponent needs to be smart and spread out on your models base to reduce the clustering and gettjng hit by the small blast stomps.
No a knight can not tank shock troops like a def rolla.
Also, I thought a failed death or glory insta REMOVES your knight if you fail to successfully hit amd pen and destroy. You only get 1 hit and not the 4-5 attacks you normally get. WS4 still needs a 3+ to hit. That means a 33% chance to fail when you roll 1s and 2s. Lukily for you succeed on a 66% to hit and did not lose 425pts to a battle wagon.
It would have been so funny if you did.

I didn't make a death or glory attack, I just stepped out of the way and he didn't wound me. I then assaulted him and he was destroyed.

smart move. death or glory is only worth it on fire warriors with emp grenades or wyches with haywire grenades. Or a 18pt champion carruing a meltabomb.
I kept losing my power fist champs to death or glory until i gave up and just stepped to the side. its just not worth it.
edit; freaking champs cost 23pts b4 melta bombs...
