There were so many gaps this year of things I look for, that I just threw luck to the wind and added a bunch of things I've never tried (or in some cases) heard of before. Hopefully will find some new and interesting.

It's probable they'll be added later. Most of the MtG events are not up. Seems like they may do a more gradual release of events this year.

My wishlist is ready to go- I've pretty much just have Friday as an event day. Hopefully I can catch the circus- heard is was pretty fun last year.

Made 572 in line this year. May actually get a few decent events. Was 5000 last year

Only missed one of my primaries...and I got a Painting With Angel this year, so I'm over the moon.

Got 1470 myself, and all (3) of my events.

The submission and approval process was a bit more this year, it seems, so you'll probably see more stuff added over the next few days.

Pre-reg ends this Sunday, and then badge prices go up. Better get it while the gettin's good.

For some reason I am missing the obvious at the site. What time do the doors open on Friday?

If you mean the Dealer's Hall (Exhibit Hall), it always opens at 10 AM and closes at either 5 or 6. Can't recall off hand.

However, there are events in the side halls/rooms that open earlier (8 AM, generally). Painting classes, tournaments, seminars, and so on. These can also run much later than the exhibit hall (10 PM or later).

Thanks kronk! This will be my first trip there. I was looking at all the different events that are sold out, so I guess this trip will be to set up next year when I know what to expect lol. Sounds like there will be enough other stuff to make the trip worthwhile though.

Don't worry too much about sold out events. Happens all of the time.

In fact, when events registration went live, I pressed "Submit" for my wishlist within 2 seconds and only got 2 of my 6 events. Popular events go VERY quickly.
