As has been said above the only problem is they don't have many options so they would need to ally something in. I think Imperial guard would work, those that have yet to be turned (or don't yet show it outwardly) or those that are waiting to be impregnated with the next generations of Niddlings.

In the old days, a major reason the GSC wa so insidious was that many of the infected and also other " family" members were NOT hybrids, But, were enthralled by the cult. So, perfect infiltrators. So perfect, virus bombing the infected planet was the only option. My old GSC army morphed into a GSC+I-Guard army.
