Thanks man! I thought I'd dip my toes into some tzeentchian madness, fortunately it's going just as planned so far . I'll post updates on the rest of it as soon as I make decent progress on the main body (it'll be a demon chicken). The color scheme was chosen due to a restricted supply of paints, my love for the corroded bronze collor and the bonus of making the blood pop a lot (it's also really simple and fairly quick to paint).
I'm not the greatest painter and you don't use any extraordinary techniques, my method is a quick and dirty tabletop standard that looks perfectly fine from a little distance (at least I think so ).

Glad you like what I showed so far, I'll continue work tomorrow and hopefully have some updates!

Slow and steady we're making progress on the wings. Came home late today but felt obliged to add a row of wings to satisfy you guys. Also added the final touches on my word bearer, I'll prime him tomorrow and show pictures.

Now with the Dark Apostle finished and primed I have more time to work on the body that accompanies the wings. I finished the backside of one wing and am about 50% done with the backside of the other wing. I also created a staff for him out of several different bits. It's still very WIP but you can get a first look at it now . It's just tacked together, the wings and staff still can come off.

Awesome job on those bikes, it gives me some ideas for converting my own Dark Vengeance bikes.

My update for today is a bit of paint on my Dark Apostle, it looks pretty messy right now but I really like the red (it's a bit darker in person). I'll keep you guys posted.

Alright peeps! More updates, unfortunately for those of you waiting for updates onmy Fateweaver or my Dark Apostle I have bad news. I get distracted very easily when I'm on my desk and have all that shiny plastic available. Now fortunately (or not, depends if you share the ethusiasm for chaos ) whatever updates I'll do will be of chaos nature. So I apologize for that in advance, the updates will come!

So here we go with todays updates:

First and foremost I made another Word Bearer because I love how my Dark Apostle is turning out (but then again I'm most certainly biased ), this guy is a possessed and mostly done. I still need to get a bit of gs work done on him but other than that he is done, no more adding plastics. He will get something in his right hand that he will be looking at, not sure what yet so I'm open for suggestions on that part. Right now he looks like he's saying to his left side "dude, why you no transform into epic possessed stuff?"





Next up is some fairly non chaotic stuff (at least for now ) I decided to turn my DV snapfit Marines into True Scale Marines so that they dont look so puny next to my Sigmarines. No idea where I will go with these next, I saw some great chaos art only that I really like so likely that'll be the general direction (Razorsteel's Sons of Sin on Deviantart Here's how they look so far:

Thanks Mikey! I got some more PIP pictures of my Dark Apostle, he's 99% done now. I still have to attach his bolt pistol and then attach him to the base. I may or may not rip of the burning knee... Other than that I really love how the model turned out. I'm especially proud of the banner.

I removed the flaming skull and the flaming knee, added a bit to conceal the damage done and painted it up. He's done except for the base now. I'll finish the base tonight and add good pictures tomorrow when the sun is out again.

Thanks Big H! I finished painting him and am really happy with how he turned out. I'll be starting working/studying soon, so there will most likely be a shortage of updates in the near future.
