He is in the codex when they released the codex with the limited edition version of Curse of the Wulfen

Pure nurgle daemons seems like a decent army. All units can interact with everything, pretty cost efficient basic troops, good resilience, potential T10 if a GUO gets iron arm... a good start collecting box too

Nope. GW FAQ'd it to be any of the Bloodthirsters which have a dataslate.
