Yea, Kickstarter has to get a few things in line with our government/tax office to get the green light. We wanted to register a company in the UK, but sine its referendum, decided its not the best solution long term. So we went with Indiegogo, despite it being a lesser option. Hopefully in the future, also thinking of starting a company in my second home land Canada. But its so far to travel.
And guys there is no pressure to pledging, if you are not 100% convinced its the right thing for you, then please don't! I would rather have less pledges from people who certain they made a good decision, then having clients that are uncertain if they spent their money well.
Were 12% of the making, all of the extended goles. And its only a few hours in to the campaign. I have not predicted such an optimistic out come, and I''m a optimist.
Please enjoy the art work.

Couple of nice concepts in there. Not a fan of the winged chariot, but the larger pieces could be good.

Affirmative, contracts are signed between us and passed to our law-firm, once authorized we sign and we launch with their assistance and council. Needless to say there can be serious money involved and we are not taking any chances.
We -just like other Polish companies- have to go at extra length for that, but chose KS over IGG because we felt our goals are very high and trusted only KS would serve our purpose adequately. Anyway, back to the Undying Dynasties! :-)
@Kanadian
Project is looking good, artwork is very nice too!

I believe this is a wise attitude to take from your side.
Since you're new to the crowdfunding business, it may in fact be better to have your first "real" crowdfunding campaign to finish at a somewhat modest level of money and backers so that you can iron out all the small problems and delays that surface during these kind of projects.
Better to have a smaller campaign deliver on time and prepares you for a bigger second one than a huge one immediately who may go over your head and give you difficulty to fulfill in a timely manner.
I understand what you mean, but that is not there reason I said it.
I hope people will support us because they believe what the company stands for. And not for the sake of getting a few extra models they might not like.
Since our last post the amount of backers almost doubled. I'm an optimist naturally, but the tempo surpasses my expectations.

How does pledging on Indigogo work? I heard that even if the campaign doesn't fund 100% they still keep the funds. Is your card charged immediately? I'm interested, but I need to know if I'll be charged now so I can wait until Payday to pledge (if need be)
It seems that Indygogo secures the payment right away.
As this is from their terms of use
...
Refunds
Contributors may request a refund from Indiegogo before the end of a Campaign....
And I know the refund is immediate done. As a pledger made a pledge backed out and got the higher level.
You can get you money back if you should wish so. Also If you pledge a for a unit and it is not made for any reason, we TMS will send you your money back.
Hope this clears up your concerns.

Azazelx - You may be right, but the discount doesn't seem to be working on you or any one else on the forum . We are a small company, but as for war gaming companies we are much larger then the average hobby companies. Currently we have 8 people working on T9A project.
Well we are making miniatures for the fasts growing hobby game. I started in the hobby back in 1996, and this is the best project I have seen so far.
Its either dangerous levels of inexperience or we are really efficient at what we do. I know that many companies before us failed to deliver, there is nothing I can do about that, I can how ever make certain we deliver on time.

You'll find that the people on this forums are - by and large - veterans of many kickstarters, along with many creators promising the earth including "guaranteed, on-time delivery". Of course, veteran creators like CMoN and Mantic can't manage to keep their projects on time, so it's not only newer, smaller companies. It's unfortunately a fact of Kickstarter-life that on-time delivery is dubious at best, and with you giving yourselves such a small window to create, sculpt, produce and deliver.. well, I can guarantee that it won't be done in December with probably more evidence behind me than you can guarantee that it will. Especially if it comes to plastic kits being in the mix!
I think this factor, along with Indiegogo (which most of us dislike) are both significant contributors to the lack of excitement here. With KS (I know it's troublesome to set up, but it's worthwhile) and more realistic promises, you'd do a whole lot better. Still, after you've delivered on a project via IGG you'll have more behind you to tempt people to take a gamble on your company and product. Because that's what crowdfunding (still) ultimately is. Particularly with brand-new, small companies.
I started in the hobby almost 2 decades before you did - not that matters one iota. And it's not unnatural that as one of the people behind this project that you think yours is the best thing ever, though I'd again dispute that you're in any way objective there. And if you mean KS projects... well, we're only a few years into KS really being a thing, so on that it matters even less how long you or I have been in the hobby.
Still, I don't understand what you believe that you "stand for"? Miniatures? Small business? Moving in on an abandoned GW IP? (Not that TK was especially original or anything, but I'm in a position to call a spade a spade while you understandably are in a less free position.) Sorry, but that statement rubs me the wrong way a little. You're not saving the world or rescuing kittens. You're a new manufacturer with (presumably) ideals of making high quality models, which is commendable but hardly unique in a sense of deserving special support or donations.
Reagrdless, I am honest when I wish you the very best - and I hope you do prove me wrong by delivering on all of your promises by delivering in full in December. I'll gladly make a public apology if you do as well.

There are two types of project on indiegogo
FIXED FUNDING is basically the same as KS in that the project creator only gets the cash if the project funds (although you are charged immediately you pledge, and if the project fails to fund indiegogo then refunds the money)
FLEXIBLE FUNDING is different in that the project creator get the money even if the project fails to fund, and is expected to try and fulfil anyway. Not an issue in some cases, for example if they are an existing company with access to money of their own to make up the shortfall, a major problem in other cases where there is no extra money available, so be more careful than normal on these sorts of project

I have always loved our hobby, but more specifically: the community. The wargaming community is amazing and the people are awesome. The sheer diversity of people that get along is astonishing. I can go to any country in the world and find a wargaming community, I can be certain that I will meet interesting people, and I know I will have a good time, no matter our differences. The best example was during the last ETC in Prague, when Russia and the Ukraine were paired (two countries at war!). I was by the organisers desk and there was tension how this would turn out. I kept a keen eye on how things would unravel, glancing across the hall at them. Despite their differences and the animosities between their countries which they were representing, they were having fun and they were enjoying themselves, bonding over our hobby. If that isn't worth supporting, not much is. I have many more stories like this, and because of those I've dedicated the last 20 years of my life to popularising and growing the hobby. As time passes by I'm getting bolder, starting bigger and bigger projects. Always doing more, always working harder, as being a part of the community obligates me to improve. This is what TMS stands for. If you believe in the hobby, as we at TMS do, join us by supporting us in any way you can. Remember to tell your friends about this project, post a link on your favourite forum or join us on Facebook, register on our site, or mention us on Twitter.
Thank you for your support.
As to plastic, we said we would like to make, not that we are going to make 100%. I will need to make this more clear. As a few people got the wrong impression. And I really grateful for your engagement, if I don't know what I'm doing wrong how can I improve in the future?
I'd like to add to funding: If some one pledges the Unit level and it is not made, we as TMS will refund you the money, (unless you decide you what something else from our offer).
Oh I understand. But I've loved TK since release date in 2001. I will definitely be buying some of your 'Shabti and some other models, but the limited huge discount Early Bird pledges really put me off, as it does for any KS campaign. I'll probably still get one or two things but all my enthusiasm just died when I realized I'd be paying some slowpoke tax for having come a few minutes late to the party.

YMMVofc but small companies producing small-scope KS like Oathsworn, Norsgard, Exploding Kittens and Dragon Dice have been my best KS experiences by a country mile.
