On another note, we are giving away a Team Yankee or Kings of War Rulebook with any order over £50 at the moment.

After a good and two neutral experiences, my recent order went sour.

I ordered Garden of Morr - which my FLGS can't get from GW, they say, despite nothing about Direct Only on the GW site - and some other stuff (Land Speeder Storm, bikes and a Citadel Wood, to be precise, so no total obscure stuff).

My mom paid for it early Dec, since those were supposed to be presents (well, half the order, but me paying her for the rest is less weird then her paying me back for my presents ). Their site stills says "awaiting bank transfer". Cool. Or not?

Contacted CS, never got a response Asked if the money went to the right place, if they can actually get the Garden, etc. Only automated messages spamming me that parts of my order are still not resupplied by the manufacturer. And a mail that said "Shipped", so I let it rest. Didn't cross-ref my orders, of course, which I should have done: The package sent on the 23rd and arriving here today was the holdover from my very first order from the (current) site. Guild Austringers ordered in August. D'oh!

So I contacted CS again today - a bit more brusque than I usually want to be - and I'm writing here so rich1231 might look into it if I won't get a reply ths time as well.

I'm stressed out from med shool exams and I want the rest of my presents, guys!

And since it's my mother's money I have to either get it back for her and buy from the local GW or show some product for it, or she'll crump me like I'm a total git
