I heard £440 for the full set and £140 for the project box set.

Your last point is especially laughable and comical, because not only the 7th ed Valkyrie shown dumber things (like being able to throw the troopers without parachutes out of its hatches, no harm done) - Irbis

I might be biased against poor GW paint pots of the past, but while the idea of having the all available is appealing, the reality of most of them drying out before I use them is a major detractor of the big box.
GW pots still suck. It's not their worst iteration, but I still get paints going claggy, washes losing their washiness and occasionally paints drying out completely.

There's an angled bit of plastic at the back of the pot that I think is either suppose to hold the lid open or push it back toward the closed position, it didn't really do either very well and stops the rear of the pot sealing. I cut this flat and it now hold the pot open and doesn't cause any sealing problems.

On Topic as a recipient of the Project box last Chrimbo from the Mrs I have to say that I have been very impressed by the selection of paints, the new range of brushes and the paint itself (discounted by GW as it was and then at -25% FLGS). The Project box is also handy for painting in the front room so the Mrs doesn't think I'm hiding from her again. As an oldish/lazyish painter that is competent but has never really put enough time in to master painting I find the GW paint-by-numbers approach really helpful and it has improved my efforts. True there are more cost effective paint ranges but last years Project Box was a great gift for me, I would imagine that this could be the same for someone else.

I'm intrigued by the tints, but an still using the Citadel Ink set from 25 years ago. *Edit* I may have misunderstood what these are for as the seem to have a spatula from a close up of the image...?

Do the Giant cans have an equally giant price?
