It looks like Custodes are getting their own codex. If you want a 2000 point army of them you can get 4 sprues of 5 Custodes and use the leftover bits to convert 10 more using starter set Stormcast Eternals from AOS (I did and they are almost indistiquishable). With their new rules you can add in a Contemptor Dreadnought or Land Raider.
Get that old white dwarf with the schematics for card cut out ork vehicles and create an unbound army of cereal box looted wagons, gun wagons and battle wagons.
