This Tau update better be worth it. I hope for a 6+ model release and a rebalanced codex and the fluff better be interesting. I am jonesing for some new models pretty bad.

Those are some high hopes, sir! FW has some pretty decent Tau models, and a good number of them, if that helps

Oh I think your going to be surprised if anything Lady Atia has said has ever come true.

Let's see, 10 codexes...

1: Space Marines
2: Ultramarines
3: Blood Angels
4: Space Wolves
5: Grey Knights
6: Dark Angels
7: Chaos Space Marines
8: Black Templars
9: Deathwatch
10: Thousand Sons or Death Guard

There we go, 10 codexes, all of them some flavor of Space Marine.

heh proably not. to be honest, I have a hunch space wolves, blood angels and dark angels MAY have a bit of a wait.

That's true. You can basically play them all now. I wonder if codex space marine finally consolidates them all into one dex like it should have always been. If your right then it's not out of the question we might see just IoM dexes this year.

heh proably not the case, I suspect they're gonna have a bit of a wait as GW'll wanna prep some Primaris upgrade packs for them, (if not repackaged boxes in their own style, a space wolf reiver kit could look AWESOME, if they replaced the skull masks with wolf heads etc) and also right now we're missing any sort of Primaris Veterans. and I'm wondering if we'll get a small second wave of "Primaris terminators" when dark angels get their 'dex

Opinions are not facts please don't confuse the two

Oh right they need their special little snowflake Primaris units for the chapters. In that case it could go either way, but yea leaning towards more marines.

As for what Lady Atia said it's all over the internet and any Tau fan really looking for news can find it at this point. Just a matter of when not if, and having to be patient. I don't think I'm good at being patient.

Grey Marines Followed by Chaos Marines and Nurgle Marines

Then likely some more Marines with maybe some other stuff.

Basically Marines, Marines Marines.....

Yep, GK and Chaos next, then DG into sept. Then hopefully they release something non 40k for a little while.

What I would like to see is if they are going to duplicate units in the codices or do it like the indices, ie. Dark Angels Codex would only describe Dark Angel specific units referring to the Codex: Space Marines for standard units.

Automatically Appended Next Post:
In short: I'd love for them to do Angels of Death from 2nd Edition. Just combine some of the Space Marine Codexes to handle 2 or more chapters.

Do you think they will keep up the pace of two a month until all factions have codices? We haven't seen a release date for Eldar, and I'm still waiting for Sisters.
