On a surly Warboar, leading the Waaagh!

Just bought a new washer and dryer for my Black Friday homage. Saved over $650. on the pair and am getting $50. rebate from ComEd for Energy Star ratings, an additional $50. from Home Depot for their in-store BF promo and my wife threw it on her HD cc to get free financing for the next 3 years...why not.

Outside of minis, we don't need anything that insists on a Black Friday discount. Might pick up a camera accessory for my wife, but she doesn't update her wish list and I'm not subtle enough to discover what exact item she wants without giving away the surprise.

I'm sorry you had to go through that. Hope you're doing better soon.

Miniature Market had a bunch of FoW stuff for almost half off so I couldn't help but buy a few things that I didn't really need for my Americans.

I also picked up a 4x6 mat from FLG because they were 25% off. I've been wanting one for a while and I'm glad I waited to pull the trigger on one seeing has how I got it at a great price.

On moon miranda.

I picked up a bunch of mags and Magpul back up sights off Palmetto, they had some decent deals on those. That's about it this year, wasn't in the market for a new TV or laptop or anything

The correct pronunciation is Imperial Guard and Stormtroopers, "Astra Militarum" and "Tempestus Scions" are something you'll find at Hogwarts.

Unfortunately this year I was hurting for money this month, I managed to get the Necromunda starter box plus the dice. I only paid 90 bucks or so for the Necromunda Underhive box so i'm pretty content with that. Would have been nice to get some sector mechanicus terrain but that may have to wait a month or two.

I didn't get anything for myself really.

I want a new gaming laptop, but I'm waiting for Coffeelake processors, so will get it sometime next year. I would like a 4k TV, but I'm going to wait and get an OLED with HDMI 2.1.

Looks like I'm just going to have spending next year instead.

Welp, the CA leaks basically convinced me that I've got a bit of extra cash to spend elsewhere, what a cluster...

Shelved any expansions plans for the CSM's, GK's and IG, and picked up some of the now-unobtainium Molot Vepr-12 mags

Yeah, the announcement of that app almost makes wish I hadn't sold all of my IA stuff. Almost.

I've got the 10000 version and it works pretty well. Kept my fitbit, cell phone, and mp3 player charged through a week long hike in the Smokies.

I stayed in my pajamas all day and ate pie.

I have been in the trenches of Black Friday too many times to find it enjoyable.

Timmy's is more of an everyday kind of place. You know, get up, have your pancake and maple syrup breakfast, put on your toque and scarf, then take the dogsled down for a Timmy's before ya hit the rink, eh buds?

A special occasion like Black Friday requires a fancy, exotic location like Johnny Rockets.

Because Bob and Doug are national treasures, eh? Only a few more weeks 'til I will start listening to their heartfelt rendition of "The 12 Days of Christmas"
