Does the German lexicanum include loads of verbal diarrhea too?

I don't know if it does, but I bet it includes German translations of a lot of names, meaning it's going to be less accurate than English since it's a translation of the source material and not the actual direct source material.

Pssst, I'm referring to the OP's penchant for it.

I don't understand what you are saying. They would know since they studied it.

Because translation can be inaccurate?

The first part is a point about how someone who actively participates in a thing is going to be less objective than a passive observer about that same thing. It's human psychology to believe that your "thing" is better than the "other thing" just because it's the side your on. Just look at politics, sports teams, Apple vs Windows, or even Russ versus Magnus. People choose sides, and don't easilly shift those sides because they believe their side to be better/more correct than the other side, sometimes to the point of fanaticism.

We're literally wired to act this way, and that's why if you only use the opinions of those directly involved in a project to judge if that project is better than another project you'll be misled by the involved party's personal biases.

The second point was about translation inaccuracies. Even multi-million dolllar companies screw up translations, much less GW and it's fans.

Truly, the massacre of electrons going on in this thread can easily rival even Kryptman's brightest ideas

Hey, Kryptman is the finest Inquisitor the Imperium has ever had. I mean he's from the Ordo Xenos and they're way better moderated than the Ordo Biologis when it comes to that stuff.

Pft. Everyone knows Ordo Chronos is where it's at.

They're my favourite order actually.

But, when it comes to the borderline heretical researching of xenos the Ordo Xenos is way better moderated than the Ordo Biologis is. Despite the many, many, redactions the Ordo Xenos reports always seem to have far greater detail than the Ordo Biologis ones too.

The poor man really has a stake in the country. The rich man hasn't; he can go away to New Guinea in a yacht. The poor have sometimes objected to being governed badly; the rich have always objected to being governed at all
We love our superheroes because they refuse to give up on us. We can analyze them out of existence, kill them, ban them, mock them, and still they return, patiently reminding us of who we are and what we wish we could be.
