Had played with Britains' and Airfix since I was a little kid. Got Squad Leade and D&D for Christmas when I was 11. Picked up Chainamil and two boxes of Grenadier miniatures: Wood Elves and Kobolds. Battled over my Fisher Price castle and never looked back!

Space Crusade, followed by White Dwarf 138- back cover photo had me hooked..stepped away in the late 90s as I got interested in girls, zoomed back 10 years later realising miniatures were a safer bet ;-)
