I'm not as familiar with the lore as others have pointed out, but it seems to me that a perpetual is someone that just reincarnates everytime they die for no real reason. Lucius reincarnates due to a blessing of Slaanesh, so I would argue that is more of a chaotic gift than an actual perpetual.

Perpetuals also ALWAYS regenerate. They don't have weird fairy tale style conditions on it.

I think perpetuals are different than Choas chosen. Khornate heroes are frequently brought back from death to keep fighting if I recall.

Not as far as I am aware, well not as far as I can remember at any rate, do you have any examples ?

not being a dick just curious.

Kharn is the obvious one. There may be others.

I vaguely recall this occurring in one on the Grey Knight novels on the Khornate planet. But a better example is the CD Codex story about the Ork Warlord Tuska, the "Daemon-Killa" whose Ork WAAAGH! battles eternally in the heart of Khorne's domain. He and his WAAAGH are resurrected everyday at dawn to fight once more. I would be shocked if there were no Berserkers or other Khornate mortals among those resurrected eternally to fight for Khorne amusement.

There is only one Tuska*. There are plenty more nameless berserkers.

Unless they changed his fluff, Kharn definitely died and had "life breathed back into him", IIRC, by Khorne.

Instant reincarnation for no reason is pretty fairy tale in its own right.

Efficiency is the highest virtue.
