Well, that Librarian is in for a smack down at 24" with 4 rounds of Psybolt ammo coming at him. PRetty much ever GK is a Terminator, although only"paladins" are wearing actual Terminator armor.
In gross training, DW are nothing compared to the GK. The GK have to go alone, unarmored, into the warp, with just their weapons, and survive for a few years. Those that survive get to be trained as GK. DW are just really old Astartes.
GK have no racial flaw, as their GEneseed comes directly from the Big E. They are like Mini-custodians. Whereas GK are humanities attempt to re-create the emperor, the Custodes are the Emperors personally created Mini-mes. They are almost the exact same thing in that regard. Both only take orders from Big E and Bobby G, both only grow their own members and do not allow transfers in, both are trained and given weapons the entire rest of the Imperium cant have or doesn't even know exist.
I really want them to fold GK into Custodes, because it just makes too much damned sense. Imagine the army of Terminator Psykers and Golden Mini-Emperors on Giant Dickbikes. GLORIOUS!

To further your points, as I've stated in other posts, Grey Knights are trained for a minimum of 50 years before given a set of power armor to wear. As an example most Space Wolves are usually promoted from Blood Claws into the Grey Hunters by their 50th year of service. GK's are (or should be considered) veteran quality before they see their first active service...
The end of this post gave me goose-bumps, I'm all in for this Fezz. Though my only problem with that is the fact that Custodes are completely biased, laid down by big E himself, against including any psychic potential into their ranks.
In reality I think if you ranked 'marines' by strengths/abilities & stats it should be: Custodes > Grey Knights > Primaris > all other Marines.

Excepting of course the utter trash that is the lore around the Chapter masters of the GK, the actual just GK fluff is pretty decent and I love it.

.
It is even worse, when they finish their training they get two sets of armour, a power armour one and a termintor one. So technicaly when a Grey Knight brother is considered ready to be set out of the world, he should be somewhere around the level of expiriance in using weapons and armour, that other marine veterans have, just like you say. I will never understand why all GK have one less attack then the same version of the units normal marines have. I guess it was done for balance. It would be interesting though to see what builds GW tested when GK were running around with 2A on their troops.

The SAS don't send soldiers to join the Royal Marines.
Thinking on the GK purpose i can phantom an scenario where GK will be enrolled inside a Deathwatch kill team. In case of a potentially dangerous chaos taint within the Deathwatch astrates and the GK secretively infiltrating inside the Deathwatch ranks to clean job shutting it down from inside. As far as i'm aware there is anything written from, but I comes to my mind scenarios like a Watchmaster getting his hands into xeno powerful device which comes to be a mascaraed ancient and dangerous daemon weapon.

Even that isn't cannon. Inquisitors ferret out chaos taint, not GK. GK are for BIG targets, like Daemon Princes or Chaos Fleets.
Then again, this is your world dude. You do you. If you want a GK in a DW army, as long as the points work out, I say go for it. If your opponent is cool with it, who cares. GK are far from broken, and are actually a downgrade meta wise.
That being said, no DW member would allow GK, and vice versa. Space marines aren't just xenophobic, they are phobic towards their own people. Black Templars will actually attack a Librarian on sight. Space Wolves will attack Grey Knights. All three would likely shoot a Blood Raven on sight. It's weird, but DW and GK don't mix.

It's so silly and pointless that it never happened. If you're going to go on and on about how bad the fluff is, at least get it right.

He only carved the name of the prior Grandmaster on to Mortarions heart, and he was only able to do it because he knew the real demonic name of mortarion.
If psyker child can control the biggest demon to do one thing, if it knows the true name of a demon. Probably going to explode from saying the name though or after the demon does the thing it is ordered to do.
