3 of my favorites, in no particular order....

The standard 2e+ boxy version of the SM dreadnought.

The original metal model of Leman Russ himself.

The basic drop pod (though I hate building them)

I'll take a stab at this.
I like vehicles so
The Arvus lighter. A wonderful chunk of resin.
Alpha patern Leman Russ conqueror.
The Goliath truck. I actually didn't like it at first, but after building it I appreciated its commitment to detail. I also think it's a good size for the table.

Not a special character but the MKIII sgts w chainsword & plasma. is my #1 by far. MkIII in plastic is tied.

#2 Deimos Pred, something about round turrets just works for me.

#3 Grendl Grendlsen from Necromunda. THE BEST SPACE DWARF EVAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRR!
