The army I want to run is a bunch of CSM squads, a bunch of characters, and a couple of support vehicles/daemon engines. If this sort of list was viable, I would be excited about the new sorc. But it isn't, and won't be until CSM get brought up to the level of SM so that their infantry actually matters.

Cmon there’s like 6 or something factions in this next release. Do you truly think GW is releasing a model range for each of them? Look at what Eldar and DE just got and they were a 2 stroke release, let alone 6. These factions will get a handful of cute rules and at best, maybe a new sculpt for a preexisting unit or two. I’d really curb the enthusiasm for Eidolon let alone Fulgrim, it’ll be a bright day if Lucius even gets a model.

Well if they put out something like a lord or priest, then all chaos legions can potentialy use those. Technicaly it would be a thing for every legion then.
