A Chinese printing company (and potentially manufacturing company for the terrain bits) is on a different schedule, different shutdown, different distancing restrictions.
And these codexes weren't coming without the models, no way.
It's already ringing alarm bells that the bloat in this edition is likely to come from an increasing number of tournament packs, all with rules nobody asked for.
This, on the other hand... this is likely very true, especially given that half the book is copypasta of the basic rules.
Though they're self-evidently not just 'tournament' packs.
Expect whatever random subjects that they can jam into 50 half-sized pages (including art and photos)
