But SoB are in power armour. That adds height. How do they compare to other baseline humans in power armour, like SoS or that new Inquisitor?

Thats not true. All human sized models have been consistent in size. Imperial Guard, Genestealers, Skitarii, etc... Marines WERE the ones that were too small.
Aren't the Cadians tiny now in comparison to the new SOBs? I think GWs scale is still kinda all over the place.

Sisters of Battle are the first human model to be out of scale with the rest of humans in 40k.

Should be noted that the tau, cultist, ork and kroot are all in 25mm bases but even on 32mm they would be smaller. Sorry but I don't have any cadians, genestealer cultists or skitarii to compare.
Nice man. Thanks!

Yeah I'm curious about the GSC models too. They share their line with the Cadian models as Brood Brothers but the Hybrids are very recent.

I'd be curious to see newer Orks next to older Orks, too.

I don't thein Power armor adds that much height tbh. A few inches at the most unless you got a Thousand Sons hat on or something.

Yup. The only way power armor makes you 6"-1' taller is if you are wearing 6"-1' platform shoes.

These are my opinions. This is how I feel. Others may feel differently. This needs to be stated for some reason.

You may be right. I can't find any sources for how much height a suit of power armour adds to someone. Maybe the individuals selected for battle sisters are generally just on the tall side? Or gw just thinks the models look better taller? Who knows?

I think they're just going for model looks at the end of the day. But if they all happened to be amazons *shrug*? I think just like the vehicle scale, they just make something that presents well on the table and in pictures, rather than "accurate".

You know I'd also be curious about the Sisters of Silence too. I think they were kinda huge.

Yeah, I think they just go with what they think looks best. That's why I think they upscaled the CSM infantry. Those smaller models just didn't look right going up against primaris. I've never seen anyone use SoS in real life, but I've heard they're pretty tall.
