You must have us confused with the French
Nah, in the case of the French, it's whatever the outcome, France loses.

I haven't seen Ex Machina, but I don't hold 28 Days Later and Annihilation in high regard. Not sure what to expect, but I don't think I have much to look forward to.
I quite enjoyed 28 Days Later, although it was an initial surprise that it wasn't a sequel to 28 Days...
Reviews are dropping now. Almost all of them state the film is as apolitical as possible and focuses only on showing the harm a civil war would cause for the average citizen. Also, photojournalists get messed up. One reviewer described it as The Walking Dead without zombies.

On that basis, given that there are currently 50 states, each of which has been around for anywhere from 50-250 or so years, it seems pretty likely that there have been other Emperors.
How dare you besmirch the fine name of the Emperor Norton!
Exactly! He should've been Delirium's, but his madness kept him sane.
I watched this last night. POTUS clearly patterned on Trump, but most of the movie was not too political. Some of the military action could have used better advisors. But over all, I liked it, it shows how crappy modern civil wars are.
