Here in general discussion is probably the best place IMHO. Hobby collection painted/built/etc. is pretty system agnostic, and not off topic for Dakka.

The majority of my stuff is painted. A chunk built. I don’t have that much active stuff in the pile of shame.

One issue with getting firm numbers is how much junk is in the non-active PoS. Like I’ve got empire/goblin sprues from the 6th WHFB launch box. I picked that up for the rules, not the minis. They are collecting dust. Or boxes of random stuff I got when friends moved or left the hobby. Sure, it’s in the pile, but not by choice.

And how do we count “unbuilt” for old mono-pose metals? Boxes of those…

Dream army? Its more dream range than army... I would like to see the full catalogue of Rackham, Kraken, old metal PP Hordes, El dorado, Ilyad Chronicles de la lune noir... back so I could get all of it.
On a wild card note I would buy the full range of 40k, in metal cast at 15mm scale. Now that would be the proper scale and material.

Sometimes I whip out 40K: Rogue Trader( 1st edition ) and feel very tempted to create a Trader's expedition-army. Models are anything goes from 30K, 40K and Necromunda. Many models sitting on the pile-o-shame, others I just fancy getting because they feel right for 40K:RT...

Might do it someday for a laugh.
