Obviously this is about a Nurgle follower in a crisis of belief. After years of service in the name of Papa nurgle they come to realize that not everything they hoped for has come true and they miss the attention of their god and are in doubt whether their decision to embrace Nurgle was the right one.

Consequently, they're praying to nurgle for a renewed faith.

Whether their calls are answered remains uncertain.

There is a possibility that the false god (the emperor) is trying to claim their sole as well, shown by the repeated
"Turn around, bright eyes"
But that might as well be actually Papa Nurgle answering the call for help, so the turn around refers to coming back to him.

It's also just a damn fine song if you ask me.

Mr. Mister: Broken Wings

This is about a poor citizen in the Imperium, who never was able to fulfil their dreams because of the ruthlessness of that fascist society. Every dream a child may have gets shattered by the reality of the Imperium, so they are left with "Broken Wings".
