Monolith make good games and really nice minis. I'm a big fan of both Conan and the Mythic Battles series.

I will say that their communications during (and after) campaigns is usually frustratingly poor, and their customer service is known to be spotty, but I'll likely be supporting the Confrontation campaigns.
