I have not heard from Matt since the 17th of July, when I sent him an alternate email address.

He stated he would email me shortly but I never received any emails (at either of my addresses).

I sure hope everything is OK.

Still no response either.

I think Matt is, for some reason, having 'spotty' connect issues.

I can honestly say I don't have a clear picture of what he's done, or what he plans on doing.

Hopefully everything will be updated soon.

i've called to no avail. and his phone is clearly "on". it doesn't go directly to voice mail.

I have to say, this latest turn of events has left me very disappointed.

VERY disappointed.

I heard from two other people (but not from Matt himself), he told them he had shipped my package Friday a week ago. I'll see if I get anything tomorrow... but something shipped then, regardless of method, should have arrived by now. Why would he outright lie about shipping my package? What does that accomplish??? ...other than cast doubt that he even has anything to ship me. What logical reason could explain a further delay at this point in the game. Oh, there is none, because he said it was phisically in the mail... I have funds to disburse to him upon receipt of my package. I don't understand why he would willingly prevent completing this transaction between us.

i AGREE. I really don't understand why he apperas to be decietful about sending something.

He must see that we have all waited months or years for different things so why would be concerned about a few more months!

Matt you have done so much more damage by claiming you have sent packages and then failed to deliver on anything. I for one, and am sure the others would agree, would be much happier if you just stuck with the truth which APPEARS to be that you are bogged down looking after your wife (which is understandable).

Yeah, it's been well over a year and a half since I first commissioned the Warhound from me. This is the exact same thing that happened last time. He told me he'd ship it, and he said that he would get everything taken care of, and then he dropped off the radar.

I'm really hoping that it isn't the case this time, but it seems remarkable similar.

Whether or not you choose to respond here is your choice, but as Alpharius noted from about a week ago, you said that packages were sent. Do you have tracking numbers that you can provide to people since that is something that can be readily provided to people?

Again Matt, at least in my case, I'm not threatening you. I'm keeping you, and the other member's of our little "group" apprised of the situation. I'm aware of your connectivity issues, so I e-mail and post any items of importance.

A confirmation number for the shipment of my Money Order or a Paypal payment would resolve the situation, and I have communicated this to you via e-mail multiple times.

please tell me you are refering to me as one of the 3. i haven't heard from you since the 25th, and have tried

Because... You have not responded to my e-mails for over two weeks, and did not provide a tracking number for my package that you told others you had shipped. I posted here because I know you can get to this board (based on your announcing auctions on eBay). And speaking of which, how is it you can get such feedbacks for "Fast shipping", "Quick ship" - when you can't seem to get my package in the mail. You're obviously able to get your eBay sales in the post on a regular basis... So I don't understand this new situation.

Ebay holds people accountable, and is able to DO something about it.

He'll be referring to me as one who posts here but doesn't email him.

Though to be fair, I emailed him last giving him the paypal receipt he requested as proof that I actually ever payed him. He never responded after that.

Why I don't email him I stated in my last email to him (06/06) and I can quote it here for clarification if he has forgotten:

The reason I fail to see what emailing does to help is because you know what you owe. Its really just a waiting game for me. All honesty... you seem like you could do without emails every week from me. Men have a conscious. I have no doubt in my mind you could forget what you owed me COMPLETLEY. Like this email shows you need to chase up exactly what you do owe me, but you haven't forgotten all together that you do owe me something. SO my point is bar 1-2 emails every 6 weeks or so there is really no need to email you about it and I fail to see how it helps the situation if I did. It would just frustrate me, and I guess you will let me know when you are ready.
