it does appear he's "on hold". now when his hold is lifted, i think
there should be no more delays. i've offered to wait a week from tomorrow to give more time for more money to be released.

For those of you waiting for packages to be sent and/or re-sent, Matt has also informed me that he'll be back in Texas on Thursday, so hopefully everything can be shipped out by the end of this week...

Matt let me know that my MO should go out this week, as well.

Today is the day the Matt was to return to Texas.

So, hopefully by this weekend, everything will be well on its way to being made right...

I asked about a possible date that he might be home, and didn't get an answer.
he agreed to "Resolving" our issue monday, if everthing works out like it should for him that is.

i did receive an email stating he's back. so, hopefully i won't be waiting much longer.
today is our current deadline.

Today marks the end of the 21-day period Matt was told his Ebay money would be frozen for, so I just resent my requests for the last of his refund payments.

I expect he will be getting back to me in the next day or so; hopefully simply by sending me the money he owes.

Well, it was a holiday weekend, and the post would have been closed till Tuesday. Matt e-mailed last night and it sounded like there were only the two largest packages left to be re-sent by him (mine being one).

The 21-day hold on funds would have been from the date of payment received, not the start or end date of the auction. Some of the larger auctions did not end till 6/22 so there will be one more week or so to reach the 21-day mark. And then, I could not tell if PayPal considers it being "calendar" days, "business" days or they give a specific date for releasing the funds. Nothing to really do till PayPal decides to release the payments he has received.


I have some funds on-hold for Matt, from kit sales, pending receipt of my package from him. In speaking with Matt, I have agreed to disburse those funds directly to people he ows $$ to. So if you are expecting an MO in the mail or some other payment, you may end up receiving it from me directly. This will expedite the process and save on fees in both directions. When I receive my package from Matt, he will then provide me contact information for those awaiting funds from him and we'll go from there. That's the current plan.

Glad to hear some movement on this. I was beginning to worry the MO would be delayed even further.

So has anyone heard anything on the Tracking #s / packages that went missing?
i can't get Matt to answer me. i "think" i fall in the group that Trooper will be paying when he receives his package from Matt.
i can't get a straight answer. i appear to have angered him, again.

I'm going to chill out and give him a few more days to touch-base since he just got back home.

...and you already know you're on "the list" as I told you Matt mentioned you specifically. He used your Author name so I've already given you the pending plan of action and received your PayPal e-mail. The others he mentioned by real name, so I can't PM them any updates or confirm their information. So you'll know when I know... my hands are tied till then.

frankly, i've never said anything here i haven't said directly to you.

Just saying that I simply have troubkle being able to see whats posted here.... It was more directed to these random people that pop in, say I owe them stuff and ignore them, yet dont email me.

And from what ive seen, I dont owe those people anything. If they cant email me, that clearly shows they are just posting to bash me, NOT get anything "owed".

Well I ordered it for my brother, and when I had trouble contacting you and the Warhound hadn't come after a few months, I turned it over to my Dad to deal with you.

Last I heard you were supposed to be sending the Warhound to us.

You may want to PM or e-mail Matt your personal information so he can match up your records, especially if more than one person has been in contact with him regarding the same project.

Well, we were shopping around for a Warhound and you were the one we ended up settling on because we liked the other Warhounds you had made in the past.

We paid $140 for it and I am going to consult with my brother and dad about whether he wanted to Warhound itself or to go with the refund.

Do you still have the Warhound itself completed? It'd be nice to know that it's still around. And if so could we get some pictures of it before we pursue getting the Warhound if we decide to go that way?

Side note.... a certain member that ripped me off over a year ago has been posting again. I PMed asking about the supply cost he said he would at least promise (i have the emails)...

He feels because of this transaction report on me, he owes me nothing.

well matt....ive assumed our matter was gone...ive moved on........theres nothing more to discuse about this....and in my opinion at seeing the transaction report nothing is owed.....because id just be another name on that list,and i really dont whant to be apart of this,so im staying away and really theres nothing more to talk about.....

How am I not owed what was agreed just because I still owe others? EVer consider that I would simply take that money for a complete tower and use it to pay back lets say Rick? or Arklite? But instead with this report people that owe me, refuse to pay. And mind you these are for things people either got or cheated me out of.

Half of you wont care and thats fine. My whole point is, im tired of hate mail and im really tired of REAL SCAMMERS using this thread as a "green light" to screw me over and think they wont get in trouble.

There are a few 'recent arrivals' that have caused a bit of an uproar here.

Matt/RSO has NOT denied any legitimate claim against him to date, and is working to resolve them all.
