Diligence is steadfast application, assiduousness and industry — the virtue of hard work rather than the sin of careless sloth.
Basicly it means your character would see getting the job done as very important.

I don't know, she wasn't diligent enough to get Andy his fething coffee. Not charity either seeing as though she didn't give Andy his fething coffee, can't be kindness because she wasn't kind enough to get Andy his fething coffee. Not humility either seeing as though she thought she was too good to get Andy's coffee and she wasn't patient enough to wait for Andy's coffee to be ready at the coffee shop. She can't have chastity because by not getting Andy his coffee she fethed him over, maybe temperance because she restrained herself from getting Andy's coffee.

That's awful ...I don't know if I could live anywhere that the nearest Dunkin Donuts wasn't mere moments away..
When the Missus and I were apartment hunting the primary reason I was opting for the ones we now live in was because of the Dunkin Donuts across the street.

Noble House of Julii (pronounced: Jew-lee-eye) WS-7/BS-4/S-7/W-3/I-7/A-3/SV-3+ SIRE: Julius Narciso COMMON NAMES: Highbloods, Crowd Pleasers, Darkblades DESCRIPTION: The Noble House of Julii is one of the noble houses of Rome that pledged themselves to Cain whilst he walked the earth. For years, the Julii served Cain with complete and utter loyalty, serving as Cain's ordo militant, hunting down his enemies throughout the Old World. When Rome fell, the Julii were forced out into the wilds, fending for themselves among the untamed woods of Europa. Now having reorganized to a degree, the Julii once again serve as enforcers of the will of Cain. TRAITS: Brutii PCs have all of the traits granted to Vampire characters, with the following exceptions: Julii characters begin the game with a silvered melee weapon of some sort, often a sword or a spear.

I think that there may be some 'traits' that could be added on to the races overall. Werewolves:"Something in gold perhaps?": Werewolves may have a kickass ability to heal, but they are incredibly weak against silver weapons. If a silver weapon wounds it takes longer to heal. Humans:"I don't feel so good": Humans have a basic immune system and will get ill if it is compromised. Now this means they can eat spoiled food and get sick, have allergies to dandruf, get poisoned with arsenic, and catch lycanthropy or porphyria(werewolf or vampire disease). "Bad boys, bad boys, watcha' goin' to do?": Hunters are humans and as such are obligated to follow the law made by humans. Hunters who do unlawful actions risk being pursued by the police. Vampires:"Type AB+ please.": Vampires must meet a nightly quota of blood consumption. If the quota is not met the vampire loses some of their vampiric quantities, like strength, sparkling, and their supermagic superpowers. I also think that human NPC's need stats; Civilian aka "Cattle": WS-1/BS-1/S-1/T-1/W-1/I-1/A-1/Sv- The average-joe, unaware that the things that go bump in the night are actually things that horribly maim at night. Andy's Note: If one of these guys actually kills a supernatural they should be worshipped like a god. Pontius's Note: Easy targets, good with red wine. Ryan's Note: Its like taking a baby from candy, babies are nice and soft... and chewy! Holly's Note: You don't really eat babies do you? Police aka "Nuisance": WS-1/BS-2/S-1/T-1/W-1/I-1/A-1/Sv-6+ The average Joe with a gun, puts up some kind of fight against supernaturals. Andy's Note: Well at least they put up some kind of fight. Pontius's Note: These people are so self important its not even worth letting them grovel. Pretty good with a Chardonney though. Ryan's Note: Bullets tickle, except for the silver ones, which they don't have. Military aka "Armor Cattle": WS-2/BS-3/S-2/T-2/W-1/I-2/A-2/Sv-5+ The not so average Joe in the fact that they have better training than civilians and police officers. They usually carry automatic weapons and combat knives which are slightly more effective(which is still really ineffective) against supernaturals. Andy's Note: I want an M-16 with an underslung grenade launcher, and a bazooka! Wait, I want a tank! Miranda's Note: No Andy, just no. Pontius's Note: This version of cattle is harder to kill, although it would be like comparing killing a tick to killing a fly. Good with a german Riesling wine. Ryan's Note: They taste good, but the flak jacket makes 'em kind of chewy. That and swallowing the grenades is a hassle, like eating a cherry and biting the pit you know. Traits: All non-hunter human NPC's have the following traits: "I don't feel so good.": As described before. "Ignorance isn't always bliss": Werewolves and Vampires are not normally seen by the masses in real life and their appearance shocks most people. All non-hunter humans cannot attack the first turn they see a vampire or werewolf the first time they see them.

Here's some ideas I've been muddling over in my mind for the wolves.
This is the current stat line.
WS-8/BS-3/S-7/T-7/W-3/I-6/ A-4/Sv-3+
Alpha(not really appropriate for a player to use, but there)
WS-9/BS-3/S-8/T-8/W-4/I-7/A-6/Sv-3+
The Alpha is the pack leader and is the leader for a reason, that reason being they're really, really badass.
Abilities: "To me!": The pack leader lets out a roar that calls its minions to its location, although the Alpha could most likely take out many threats all on its own it doesn't hurt to have lessers do the dirty work for you.
"That one looks good.": The Alpha can be somewhat picky in what it wants and with a command it can order its pack to go get what it wants. The Alpha commands the pack to attack a single target and any attacks made on that target that roll a one(1) count as two(2) hits instead of just one.
"I got into a fight once and it didn't end well...for him.": The Alpha is most likely well versed in fighting its opponents after years of experience and if it decides it can add an extra attack against a chosen enemy(hunter or vampire) at the cost of reducing the Alpha's toughness by two(2).
Andy's Note: This is the head honcho, take it out and the rest will follow, right?
Miranda's Note: Sometimes.
Pontius's Note: Competition, really?
Pureblood:
WS-8/BS-2/S-8/T-7/W-3/I-6/A-4/Sv-3+
The pureblood is a werewolf that was born as a werewolf compared to its parents that may have been bitten and turned from the bite. As such they are more in touch with their gift and are stronger than a usual werewolf. Because of this they usually feel obligated to protect the lesser wolves of their pack.
Traits: "Look ma, no hands!": Purebloods are stronger werewolves than their parents and are keen to show it off. They will typically attack the enemy with the highest toughness or strength.
"This is harder than it looks.": Purebloods are more in touch with their wolf side than standard werewolves which means staying in their human form is tougher for them. This makes them easier to spot than the other werewolves. Purebloods also suffer an additional wound if they are wounded by a silver weapon.
Abilities: "What challenge?": Purebloods are cocky and will sometimes taunt their opponents causing them to become the center of attention. When this ability is used the Pureblood becomes the main target of the attackers and attackers reroll any successful rolls to wound. This can only be done once per combat situation.
"Tag, you're dead.": Purebloods love combat and will try to maximize their own affect in combat, unfortunately for them they will usually tire themselves out faster. This ability adds +2 to the Pureblood's Strength at the cost of -1 attack. The Pureblood also tires out and cannot attack the next turn.
Andy's Note: Can you imagine two werewolve's doing it? I mean it must be disgusting, like two dogs going at it.
Vegas's Note: You have way too much free time to think about this stuff don't you?
Pontius's Note: Purebloods are pretty tough, tougher than usual werewolves but nothing too special.
Ryan: You mean my kid is going to be better than me right off the bat?
Basic Werewolf:
WS-7/BS-3/S-7/T-7/W-3/I-6/A-4/Sv-3+
The standard issue werewolf, nothing special. Created when a normal human survives a werewolf attack, they are weaker than werewolves who were born that way but have an easier time blending in with crowds.
Traits: "I wasn't always like this.": Standard werewolves arise from being attacked as a human and as such are usually used to being a human. They are almost impossible to spot in their human form but aren't as strong in their wolf forms.
"I'm on a diet.": Standard werewolves have to consume less meat than their pureblood brethren to maintain their strength and normal abilities.
Abilities:"I don't want to do that.": Standard werewolves have the ability to ignore the command of an Alpha werewolf should they want to do something else because they are not as in tune with the Alpha; like run away, attack a different target, or whatever. If a werewolf elects to ignore an Alpha command they do so at the cost of -1 to their initiative.
"Call of the wild.": Standard werewolves can howl to cause the opponent to recoil. This move causes the werewolf to use all of its focus on the howl itself. The 'Call of the Wild' causes a single opponent to suffer -1 Toughness while the werewolf loses 1 attack.
"I was once like you.": The werewolf was once a human and knows how to prey on human fears. This causes -1 to Strength and -1 attack to any human(hunter and nonhunter) target, but the werewolf is unable to do anything for the following turn.
Andy's Note: This is usually what happens when a werewolf comes into the world, its also what makes me stay way the feths aways from them.
Pontius's Note: I can see why they wouldn't want to be a werewolf, they probably wanted to be a vampire.
Sean's Note: My brother was a werewolf...
Ryan's Note: Ah poor Sean, I wonder how he became a vampire?
New Werewolf, aka Pup.
WS-5/BS-4/S-5/T-5/W-3/I-6/A-3/Sv-4+
The newly transformed are nowhere near as strong as the ancient werewolves or those who have been for all of their lives for a good reason. They are more of a danger to the pack as they do not know how to control themselves as well as the others. However, they do have benefits to being a Pup.
Traits:"Sorry, I'm new to this.": In a cohesive pack a Pup will be protected by the senior wolves in order to allow the Pup to grow to strengthen the pack. Any Pup in a combat situation will not be able to be targetted if a senior werewolf is present if the Pup does not openly attack an opponent.
"Mostly human, mostly.": Pups are impossible to spot in their human forms seeing as though they are still mostly human. Pups have not yet started to release pheromones and are also undetectable by vampires.
Abilities:"It wasn't my fault.": A pup can use the victim approach to appeal to a hunter for forgiveness. Doing so causes the Pup to loose allegience to the pack and realigns it with the hunters who feel pity for the poor son of a gun. If a Pup attacks the hunters or any non-supernatural they lose the affiliation with the hunters and become unaffiliated.
"Good eyes.": Pups are new to the werewolf ability and lack the sense of smell that they will develop. However, they can use their new gift to improve their vision. This adds +1 to their BS at the cost of -1 to Toughness as they tend to lose track of their defense.
"Help!": Pups can call other werewolves into combat and their cries for help will usually cause senior wolves to fight harder to protect them. This causes non-Pup werewolves to gain +1 attack while granting the Pup +1 to Toughness. This can only be done once per combat situation.
"Oh crap.": The Pup instantly leaves combat at the cost of
losing a Virtue point.
Andy's Note: I like puppies, they're cute and cuddly but they're breath stinks.... wait we're talking about werewolf Pups? Those are nowhere near as cute as actual puppies.
Pontius's Note: Its almost as easy as killing one of the Humanii.
Ryan's Note: I hate newbs, always hiding behind others. That's why I roll by myself.
Holly's Note: What about me?
These are some ideas I had for werewolves, although they are a bit light on the abilities side they do have a lot of traits.

I like most of the stat lines, but I do have a gripe with the Purebloods. Namelly that though their stat line is ok, (Maybe not as impressive as I had imagined) they're pulled down by their mass of debuffs. I mean, they charge the strongest enemy challanging everyone in the area, and if shivved with silver, most likely found on said toughest guy (eg. Andy, Ponts, possibly and Opriknikki) they take extra damage. And that they get exhausted and cant attack for the following turn provided they go for +2 str. I dunno, but I can imagine in a brawl a pureblood will charge the highest toughness guy there (Sake of argument, Oprinikki) find itself focused by everyone (Taunt) maybe cause a wound of two, then spend the rest of next turn sitting there gasping for air whilst everyone and their mums attacks.
Incidently, because Ryan has now got a pack of his own, I'm going to appeal to be an Alpha.Would suit his unnatural size and trength as well. I'd also be responsible with him, as I'm not the type of person who just throws in characters into every fight, y'know?

Wolf stats need some ironing out...don't worry,I'll be going over all the stat lines prior to the start of the sequel...
@ Silly....I'm thinking that the sequel (time wise) will be taking place 6 months or so after the final events in Blood Moon.

...Well,the Crooked House and Pontius are in Prague ...but the house can travel, appearing virtually anywhere...so the setting for it will be most anywhere...(Cat and Mouse sort of thing)...
...As for the rest of the settings...I think Empire City may have earned a rest...so..I'm still considering various areas...leaning towards a Europe in General..
How about Brugges , but i think one of the countries leaning against russia would be a better, more grim atmosphere...

Europe will have less weapons coming outta peoples ears n' all. Plus In eastern europe there's all the possibilities for wolves attacking whole hamlets, murdering hundreds, and never being caught.
If you hadn't noticed, Ryan might be changing slightly in the sequel.

Oh yes,I noticed...
As for weapons...while it's true the average citizen wouldn't be as well armed as their American Cousins ,the Hunters would have little problem getting their hands on any sort of weapon they wanted..
as their network operates "outside" the laws..
And of course the Vamps and Wolves (if they wanted weapons) would likely find aquiering them pretty easy as well..

Ah, but unlike America, we don't have gun shops lying around. To get weapons realistically, you'd need to go a bit further than usual - attacking Police head quarters, barracks, Farmers...
Not joking about the farmer by the by, got chased only this morning by one on a quad bike brandishing a shotty. Wasn't sure whether or not it was funny or scary!

... Oh,I defianitly agree...the aquiring of firearms over here is much easier...within a 10 mile radius from my home there are at least 6 locations that sell guns...
So,yes...getting weapons (That are not provided) would be trickey.
.... ...Chased by a farmer?...hmm...off hand I can think of only two reasons that a farmer would be chasing you.

Nah, to be fair a acquiring a weapon isn't that hard. We do have weaponshops,it just takes long to get your permit. (and even then your only allowed three)
There's also the illegal circuit, within a few days you've got a weapon....It just costs more, and you don't know if the weapons is "hot".
(I've seen a documentary on this...And my guess would be that if we go to Prague, it would even be easier to gather weapons.)
But i think specialist weapons would indeed be hard to obtain...
