General Discussion thread for L4D2

I just bought it for my 360, since one of my buds already has a copy, so we can split-screen with 2 TV's, 2 360's, and 2 copies of the game, along with an adapter, to play together.

I love the Grenade Launcher, does a ton of damage to tanks on a direct hit, and once you get the hang of the trajectory targeting, its pretty easy to use.

Ahhh i love playing as a charger. Nothing says game winner like charging three survivors out of a window....

and im more of a molotov kinda guy. It makes a wall of fire that insta wins against swarms of zombies.

Nick be the Coolest, and I must say the military sniper is my favorite. However, my game is broke and occasionally kicks me out of my games with error screens.....

I said "buds", Slarg, I actually play occasionally with 2 close friends, and sometimes my GF likes to play.

It's censored here in Australia to the point where it's almost unplayable. Zombies vanish as soon as they die, blood and gore are gone, there aren't any dead bodies lying around, and it generally looks fugly and fake.

Thankfully, the net cafe I go to has it uncensored. I simply can't play a game that's been whacked with the censorship bat that hard.

Torn about buying this at the moment.
Been told alot of great things about it, and some not so great things.

More to the point, is it a game i can kick back with a few friends and some drinks and play? (online)

I play it exclusively with close friends, and it really is a blast. There's nothing like taking down a tank when your the only one left with 2 health left, and you actually kill it, and then a charger takes you off the platform.

The laughs you'll have at losing, it really is amazing.

True facts

Theresnothing quite like losing three people to a witch, only for the last guy to kill it, before he himself gets mobbed tod eath by normal zombies. Gooooood times.

I am absolutely terrible with Chargers. I've barely gotten any kills with them because their charge attack is so goddamn hard to hit with at anything other than short range.

Hunters are much better at 'pinning', IMO.

Try for stairs, escalators, or hallways. Chargers will tear people up in those.

Also, with chargers, try an angle that keeps you running with the person as far as possible, away from survivor spawn points
