I wanna build a funny list of Orks but I am not sure exatcly what would go into it. This list would revolve around Units , HQ , and all those choices that require you to roll dice for either its attacks or powers or something else. I have a pretty good idea what needs to go into it but not all the different choices that I should put on them etc.
An ork army I would have no control over what a lot of it does like how many shots I get or what powers someone does etc.

HQ: I would choose a weird boy or old Zogwort..not sure which one would be better.
HQ: Big mek with shock attack gun

Elites: Lootas

Troops: I think shoota boyz in a truck. If the Truck gets blasted you roll off a ramshackel instead of a regular one!

Heavy: Looted Wagons with Boom Gun! Don't Press Dat would require extra dice rolls!

something like this maybe?

The random weirdness of Ork weapons is both loved and hated by the gaming community. In some cases, such as the Shokk Attack Gun, it provides lucky opportunities for awesomeness, but in other cases, such as the Looted Wagon, it noticeably weakens the unit. Either way, it can be an interesting challenge and certainly a goofy opportunity to add a little wakka-wakka in with your dakka-dakka.

Don't forget Tankbustas in your "uncontrollable" Ork list, what with Glory Hogs and the way Bomb Squigs work. That said, I like to go over-the-top with them completely and put a unit of 15 into an open-topped Battlewagon equipped with four Rokkit Launchas and a Kannon. This gets expensive, but it gives you a lumbering monstrosity that can drive 7" and then fire 20 krak missiles at the nearest vehicle within 24 inches. There ain't much Orkier than that!

Bear in mind that I'm a very casual player, and any advice I give will reflect that tendency.

If you've moved you can only fire one weapon over S4, battlewagons aren't fast.

Unless the transport is open topped and the passengers are toting assault or rapid fire weapons, but you do make a point in there's really no point in mounting so many weapons on a tank that is going to be moving anyway.

The four rokkits he's mounted on the wagon are not being fired by passengers so it's irrelevant whether it's open-topped or not.

The passengers can shoot if it's moved 6" (red paint only affects the vehicle, not the passengers) but if he's shooting all the rokkits on the vehicle then he's cheating.

Gotta go with Tankbustas, for sure.

Though guards may sleep and ships may lay at anchor, our foes know full well that big guns never tire.

Should you find yourself with a free heavy slot, you could always toss in a battery of zzap guns (with a few extra grots to soak up those high str rolls) to keep with your random rolls theme.

Uncontrollable Orks?
I thought the time of the Wild Orks are over.
However, I could imagine that Orks are uncontrollable in real life.

Great idea for an army!

Zoggy is great... nothing quite as satisfying as turning your opponents hot-sh*t character into a squig on a random die-roll.

Tank-busta's with a full compliment of bomb squigs are a lot of fun to run. I've blow up more than my share of my own equipment that way. :-) Putting them in an open-topped battle-wagon really maximizes their abilities as it give them a bit of a mobile fortress and you can disembark them on either side of the vehilce & use the wagon to block LOS, this can be very useful in allowing you to occasionally shoot at infantry if necessary.

I love the idea of the shokk-attack gun... but mine has just never rolled anything particularly useful or interesting. Give him some ammo-runts (I think you can do this) so he can re-roll scatter.

My busta's seem to be developing odd taste's - they're at their best blowing up monsterous creatures, especially carnifexes.
