I live in the US. If I want to get next-day shipping on my six chimeras and a white dwarf, do I have to order by 1:00 EST, or 1:00 DST?

I believe GW has warehouses in the US, so if you order it doesn't come from across the Atlantic.

Just made an order, and had a question about said order.. so I called Customer Service and while on the phone with them, I asked.. it is 1 pm Tennesee Time for the next day deal.

The chap I spoke to also said, when I asked if "Do orders that occur at 5pm, ship the following WEEK?" .. he said that they would ship the next business day following. So, if you order at 5pm on a Wednesday, the items would ship Thursday.

However, the key phrase to remember is "reasonable effort" to accomplish this.

And, to follow up, I did get the order from GW on the 18th, so, Not too shabby!

Warehouse is in Memphis TN... so one would assume 1pm CST.
