shweet.I run a 2500pt BL list with the actual Horus model running as Abbadon. i like the fluff behind the thousand sons but they're to expensive point wise and dollar wise.

Thousand Sons
World Eaters
Word Bearers
Night Lords
Alpha Legion
Iron Warriors

Since the heresy these individual Space Marines, squads, companies, and even whole Chapters have been lost to damnation. They include:

The surviving brethren of the Astral Claws Chapter became the nucleus of the Red Corsairs.

The origination of the warband known as the Purge remains unrecorded.

Other CSM off shoot chapters,warbands,etc exist.

But,there are only 9 Legions.

It's true. The Purge's background of twin Slaaneshi Daemon Princes, leading a coalition of renegade Plague Marines and massed Obliterator Cults is a perennial fan favourite. They're practically the Spiky Ultramarines.

Technically, I don't like the "Chaos Night Lords" but rather the Pre-Heresy Night Lords led by Konrad Curze.

well the Night Lords where still led by Konrad Curze after the Heresy. but if im correct he was elimated by an assassin.

Yeah, he was killed by an assassin shortly after the heresy, but his rule ended pretty much at the end of the heresy.

He puts them in a much different light, now they're just a bunch of pillagers and madmen.
