So I got to thinking about my possessed warband. If one of my 3 beastmen became a hero would I be able to purchase another? The limit is 0-3, but since he is now a hero and not a henchman would it make a difference? If so I forsee having no mutants and 3 beastmen heroes along with 3 beastmen henchmen...sick.

No, you are still stuck with 0-3 in your warband.
Check it out with your gaming group as this rule will affect all warbands sooner or later and you could house rule it.

If you really wanted Beastmen that much... why not just start a Beastman warband? Not only do you get more flavours of Beastman, they also get unique skills.

Although note that Beastmen are a little different in the revised Beastmen warband list. To bring them more in line with their Beasts of Chaos styling, they lost the extra wounds and gained more speed across the warband.
FWIW, I like the revised list quite a bit. If you lack missile weapons in MH, you better be fast as h*ll. Which the revised Beastmen are. Played well, they can really get into you.

Its ok...I'm not that into the beastmen list. I'm actually enjoying my cult of the possessed warband.
So thanks for the responses.

What/where is this "revised list" you speak of?
NM just realized the website has the revised version in the EiF .pdf.. Phew! My friend is gonna be bummed.. LOL. Just played a couple of rounds against him, my witch hunters and my friend's dwarves and he split his beastmen and STILL owned us.. Ahhhh so relieved.
