I want some sinister looking chains for my Chaos Marines. I plan to string up some dead imperials all over the tank. Yay.
So anyway, It doesn't have to be the right color or anything, I know how to paint, but what would be some good modelling chain for this?

there was a green stuff tutorial that showed how to do awesome chain, i believe steps were make a long string of greenstuff, i believe 2mm think, the right length for the chain, place on model and use a pin or pointy sculpting tool to make a series of holes in the string use the sculpting tool to sculpt the string between holes making the apperance of a chain roughly, next step was take a thin string of greestuff and place it along the chin and press in to make the connecting links the tutorial is on here somewhere but i can't remember the name, it had green stuff cloacks aswell
or i could go away and find it apparently http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/242387.page

Another easy and cheap method for chain is to go to your local store and buy some of the chains that they sell for holding on glasses.

I bought a whole spool of chain that i used on some of my stuff for around $15 which has around 25ft. at Michaels. It looks like actual chain. If you look through my gallery and look for my Slaanesh Lord on Seeker you can actually see what it looks like. I cant link it otherwise i would.

Ya, hit a craft store and go poke around the jewlery making stuff and you can find chain in a variety of sizes that should work.
