Just hit it with another Dark Angels green drybrush on the most prominent edges.

If you want a sharper highlight, use a less dark green. But don't use Scorpion Green. That will look awful.

I know this was about painting, but removing those mold lines will be a good step to bring your models to the next level. Dry brushing is the easiest and first highlight technique you should learn.
