Slippery Ultramarine Scout Biker

Hi all

Just finished my little project on the base and mini and would love some C&C on it

highlights i went for UM blue on the black and SW grey on the blue shoulders.

i'd recommend that the chaplain get out of the junkyard! he could get tetanus! nice job on the base and the model. i especially like the blue trim on the terminator armor bracing (like the back of the legs). the only thing i'd recommend is maybe making the scroll work a bit lighter although the darkness could simply be because of a lack of flash on the pics.

yeah pics seem a bit dark, might have to retake them again

but this should be a lighter shot of it from the front

definitely better with the brighter pic. i'd still personally go with lighter scrolls than that as i'd personally reserve that color for chaos models with parchment made from skin; the paper kinds i usually do lighter.

Man, why is this model so darn good? Your paint job for sure does this sculpt justice. Very well done!!!

That figure looks ace, aside from one thing: I really don't like the Ultramarines Blue highlights on the black. It's just too strong, too far from black, and too well, blue! Use Shadow or Codex Grey for the black instead. It'll also differentiate from the blue armor better.
