To say that I'm waiting for those releases would be... kind of an understatement.

@Legoburner. Can you re-host the pictures or list?

Can't access the FoW site here at work.

Thanks.

Wow! I simply cannotwait for early war to hit. Though I have to admit, I am a little dissappointed in seeing no Polish boxed sets. Perhaps they are coming in the future.

The black rage is within us all. Lies offer no shield against the inevitable. You speak of donning the black of duty for the red of brotherhood; but it is the black of rage you shall wear when the darkness comes for you.

Copyright prevents that and there is too much information to list for now. I'm afraid you'll have to wait until you can check from an unblocked connection :(

I don't play this game, but I think these are very cool (especially the British set - there's something appealing about those angular looking early British tanks). These look like very accurate models - the FoW folks have clearly done their research (the Panzers are even painted in the official early war scheme, which has only been 'discovered' relatively recently). I suspect early war battles are more evenly matched than later war battles, as most of the tanks have puny guns and thin armour. If these models were (1) bigger and (2) plastic, I'd be all over this.

Build a man a fire, and he'll be warm for a day. Set a man on fire, and he'll be warm for the rest of his life.

I'd like FoW a lot more if it weren't overwhelmingly played by people who seem to think that they have a PhD in History, having done their dissertation on some aspect of WWII in Europe. (At least, that's what it's like where I live.)

Sadly, I've run into this as well with some historical war-gamers; I call it the "Pro From Dover" syndrome.

I simply ignore it and play on.....since I've just gotten into this game though, I've thoroughly enjoyed it.
I'm running mid-war Brits and Italians for Tunisia, North Africa, Sicily and Italy.

Maybe if you play then you can even it out a bit?
Just get playing, asshats are asshats no matter what their perceived level of education.

Char bis is already out though it is sold as a german box, since they used it in LW as flame-tank, but you can swap the included cannon and get the french tank.

The thing is, you could use 28mm models to play FoW if you wanted to. There is nothing that says you cannot.
