Things I'd lose. Death Masks, SP Melta Bombs, DC Hand Flamer and Infernus Pistol. With those 65 points you can give all 3 Sanguinary Priests power swords (make use of that WS5 and 2 base attacks when the IC rules force you to consolidate and pile in first), the Sanguinary Guard need a power fist and give both RAS sergeants bombs.
Don't do this your
SP are perfect as is. If you give them power weapons you'll be tempted to get them fighting in assault which is the last place you want them. Hide them at the back of the unit so they never make assault!
What I do question is why the Thunder hammers rather than just sticking with fists? Does the death company really need 3 fists? Maybe 1 is enough and spend the rest of the points on power weapons for more killing against
MEQs/
TEQs? Do they need a hand flamer? They'll nail hordes as is likewise the infernus pistol isn't likely to do much for you that the rest of the army doesn't already cover.
Assault squads are perfect. Lightening claws probably would be better split around the Vanguard squad.
Would the points on the Sanguinary guard better better spent on an Honour Guard squad and a Chappy to lead the death company (also using the points saved by dumping the
TH sfor
PFs and dropping the special
DC pistols).
