Harlon Nayl chilled with Eisenhorn fought demons, heretics and the like AND lived now chills with super psycher Ravenor and continues to kick some xenos ass and he likes booze, women, and dirty jokes.....and to top it off he's just a regular guy in a crazy 40k world.

I don't know what book you read but Dante wasn't in Rynns World.
Kantor was he's pretty badass and so was Cortez he's really badass but not Dante because he is a Blood Angel and the book is about Crimson Fists defending their homeworld.
