Very low model count with this list. It would fit better into the standard Space Marine Codex, as you arent really takeing advantage of anything that makes the BA unique. Below 1500 points any Space Marine variant has a very hard time winning consistantly due to a low model count, and your list is sitting at 27 units.... Try and find ways to reduce the cost of units in your list to fit more bodies.

A named unit is way to high of a point commitment at low point values, switch it out for a 100 point HQ choice that will best fit your army and its play style.

An assult squad in a Land Raider..... While this may look like a good idea, it isnt... One of the things that makes BA Assult Squads amazing is their decent of angels special rule, you can depstrike them and they only drift D6 inches.

With the Tac Squad, I would suggest takeing a Razorback over a Rhino, it will give you more ways to take out armor.

i'm not sure why you paid for a locator beacon on the scouts, as your list stands now there is nothing that can use it.

If this was my list at 1000 points I'd go for an Assult Marine deepstrike list

My list would look something like:

HQ:
Random 100 point HQ: 125pts
Jumppack

Troops:
Assult squad: 205pts
Additional space Marines x 5
Flamer
meltagun
Assult squad: 205pts
Additional space Marines x 5
Flamer
meltagun
Assult squad: 205pts
Additional space Marines x 5
Flamer
meltagun

Elitie:
Sangunary Priest x 3: 225pts

This setup leaves you with 35 extra points, which is more then enough to give a few of your sergants Power Weapons.

dont take tycho
hes pretty useless
take say captain, jump pack, lightning claws
heaps better
or if you dont mind, take seth
5 attacks on the charge, strength 8 chainsword with rending, every '1' rolled to hit against him he retaliates with a strength 4 hit immediately, whirlwind of gore lets you land one auto hit on anything in base contact
basically you can carve a land raider that moved 12 inches into small bits
attach a sanguinary priest to him, he gets furious charge and feel no pain, so basically he can pretty much take a whole assault squad on the charge and win

The World Eaters were not that weapon. We’ve all drawn blades purely for the sake of shedding blood, and we’ve all felt the exultation of winning a war that never even needed to happen. We are not the tame, reliable pets that the Emperor wanted. The Wolves obey, when we would not. The Wolves can be trusted, when we never could. They have a discipline we lack, because their passions are not aflame with the Butcher’s Nails buzzing in the back of their skulls. The Wolves will always come to heel when called. In that regard, it is a mystery why they name themselves wolves. They are tame, collared by the Emperor, obeying his every whim. But a wolf doesn’t behave that way. Only a dog does. That is why we are the Eaters of Worlds, and the War Hounds no longer."

acctually this list is designed just for the Blood angles because what i am trying to do with it is infiltrate the scouts and then DS the Landraider. if i have the locator beacon the land raider comes in 6" from the scout squad no drifting so imagine second turn bam i have a landraider in your face i fire two of its weapons and then tycho (whom i might switch to seth) assault out of it i think in a 1000 pt match this would be devistating

read the dex
you cant actually assault outa a lr if it deepstriked
and if you do take a lr, seriously consider a redeemer stuffed with seth and DC

If the Scouts are going to be close enough to the enemy that the Redeemer's Deep Strike makes sense, then Sniper Rifles make no sense. And Tycho is okay at best as an assault character. You might want to reconsider the whole concept to be honest. I just don't think you are getting the BA army "feel" with this list. And that means you are losing out on the synergy that the Codex provides good lists.

OK, heres my breakdown:

10 man Tac Squad with Melta-Gun Lascannon in a Rino - Tac squads for BA are subpar at best... Swap this with more assault marines
5 Scouts X4 sniper rifles 1 ML locator beacon - So your trying to DS the LR... whats the point? Most marine lists will just move up and melta it because you dropped it so close. Same with IG, eldar, Dark eldar will vblast it, Orcs just need 1 warboss PK to hit to wreck it, need I go on?
Land raider Redeemer with MM - This is 1/4 of your list... drop it
10 man Assault Squad with Melta-Gun Infernous Pistol and Power Weapon (in the LR) - Infernus sucks when you can get a second melta for 5 points less. Also, Power Fist would be optimal... if this squad gets tied up with a Dreadnought you'll lose them all
Captin Tycho (also in LR) - Tycho... suxorz. For the points you can get seth (if you wanna stay named), or a librarian with rage and 1 other useful power. Tycho offers nothing to your army

Hope this helps!

P.S. Catyrpeliuses list is prob the best 1k l;ist for BA

you prob want a sang priet for every squad considering they all get furious charge and feel no pain
by extension, what needs fc and fnp most?
answer: assault squads
therefore, get assault squads and death company
the list you got preety much is playing vanila marines
and really, tycho is most gakking useless ba character
if you want a named character at that pts cost, much better get seth, who will actually cut land raiders in half
or just get a captain, pair claws, jumppack
