So - I've made this list based on my favorite fluffy idea. The idea is, scouts make the ground work and initiates the attack. And provide coordinates to the artillery units placed way backfield. They're then supported by deepstriking, full blown marines, and 1st company veterans. The list is:
librarian w. null zone and avenger
terminator squad w. cyclone launcher
dreadnought w. heavy flamer + locator beacon drop pod
5
ccw+
bp scouts w. sgt. combi-melta & meltabombs (goes in a storm)
5
ccw+
bp scouts w. sgt. combi-melta & meltabombs (goes in a storm)
10 scouts w. snipers & missile launcher + sgt. powerfist
10
tac marines w. melta & missile launcher + drop pod
2 thunderfire cannons
2 land speeder storms w. multimeltas
3 scout bikes w. 2 astartes launchers & cluster mines + sgt. combi-melta & melta bombs
In case you missed it, I'm a scout fanatic

Now - the tactic is rather obvious, if I get the first turn I'm gonna alpha strike their ass. If not, its turbo boosting scoring goodiness (the storms), combined with tank hunters (the bikes), and a lovely wrapped surprise (the dropnought). In either case the drop podding
tac squad, is for objective claiming. The terminators will prove themselves (hopefully) as a pain in the ass. Large scout sniper unit is for objective claiming, it's worth mentioning that shooting things are their secondary purpose. Thunderfire cannons are rather obvious, and hopefully they can stand in the same bolstered ruin, so the sniper scouts can benefit from the second bolster defences (there weren't points enough for cloaks).
I'm hoping this concept will work in its playtest tomorrow. After that, it's review time.
PLS COME WITH CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM!
