Hey, I've got 2 Hellhounds in the pipeline, and I really want to magnetize the main weapons and hull weapons. I also want to magnetize my Leman Russ Sponsons.

I was looking on Amazon for them, thinking it would be easy, but then I realized that there's tons of different sizes. What sizes should I get for mangetizing weapons on a hellhound, and sponsons for a leman russ?

I tend to use 3x3x0.5 square magnets. You can surface mount them really easily.

I would recommend getting magnets from a wholesale distribution webside. I think the popular US site is K&J magnetics?

I'm thinking the 1/8" x 1/32" disc magnet will work for the Hellhound, but I'll grab the 3/16" x 1/16" disc magnets as well just in case.

I always pick up my rare earth magnets from Ebay, just type in "rare earth magnets imperial guard" and they'll come right up. Plus they're pretty cheap!
