I'm just wondering if anyone has any advice and /or pics how to convert a standard Imperial Guard Cadian flamer to a Heavy Flamer variant? It's likely a matter of adding something underneath the regular model, but I could use some advice and inspiration for the job. I just now noticed that the Hardened Veterans can field a Heavy Flamer as a part of their special weapon choices, and since I had allready assembled (though not painted) a Flamer for them, I'd sure like to upgrade it somehow.

Inside that little light in your refridgerator

Cut off the bottom of one flamer and attach it ti the other one, I guess.

So it looks like that I guess.

Yeah, some kind of enlarged or doubled flame nozzle, and preferably a larger fuel tank (A back-pack fuel tank would be ideal). The main thing is that it should be obviously larger and nastier than a standard flamer - exactly how you do it is up to you.

I hate the new Guard heavy flamer. The standard one looks pretty good, but they fell into the trap of "hay guyz, lets add moar tubules!!1!11"

So I modded up a couple of variants for my Guard. The one on the left is for my PCS and the one on the right is for my Kasrkin based Grenadier Veteran squad.

Please excuse any spelling errors. I use a tablet frequently and software keyboards are a pain!
